Nationwide utilises the services of trades contractors in a range of services who are highly qualified and whose costs are competitive.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

  • Preparing financial statements including budget forecasts which are forwarded to all owners together with the AGM Meeting notice prior to the Annual Meeting.
  • Issue Levy Notices based on the approved Annual Budget
  • Accounts are reconciled daily
  • Invoices are paid promptly

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGS (AGM)

  • Holding and chairing Annual General Meetings
  • An annual general meeting is held each year, no later than 15 months after the last meeting.
    Nationwide will provide a notification letter with the meeting Agenda at least 21 days prior to the AGM date.
  • The AGM is owner’s chance to discuss the property’s finances, as well as any maintenance or general business matters.

Nationwide Body Corporate can help assist with owners relationships.
Through the manager’s knowledge of legalisation/rules we can ensure we will assist to help reach a respectful decision.
