Wayne has 10+ years’ experience as a stock broker, before leaving to pursue his own company. Spending a year to gain knowledge and an understanding for Body Corporation’s before purchasing Nationwide and taking over as management many years ago.
Wayne has invested many hours into building his company up to a high standard, which he is proud to put his name on. Wayne is very confident and satisfied with his employees and recognise their dedication and hard work they put into their job and role here at Nationwide.
When Wayne is not at work, he loves spending his weekend playing golf, fishing and watching his local football team, the Balwyn Tigers play. He is also a proud life-long supporter of the AFL team, Western Bulldogs.
Brett Ibbott commenced employment with Nationwide December 2012 as Finance Manager. Brett is a qualified accountant with broad experience across a number of industries. Brett’s key roles include management of accounts, AGM scheduling/preparation and support to the property managers.
Brett has a keen interest in landscape gardening, renovating, AFL football and tennis.
Nationwide values Brett’s extreme professionalism, commitment to his role and willingness to help assist his fellow co-workers and clients with all queries and concerns.
Maria has spent considerable time in the hospitality business and has been successful in all management positions she undertook. Primarily she was with the Shangri-La Hotel Group, Singapore where she received many nominations for excellence and customer service.
In her past employment Maria has worked in administration, real estate (QLD & Singapore) and logistics functions. In these positions she has also been heavily involved in customer relations and business development.
Maria joined the NBC team in March of 2019, and since then she has developed strong client relationships with owners and service providers. Maria has successfully managed property upgrades, insurance claims and other maintenance works for her portfolio at Nationwide with exceptional results and has gained multiple positive feedback from owners.
Maria is a joyful addition to the team and with her optimistic attitude, contributes to our positive and enthusiastic environment.
Fiona has an engaging personality who has a strong interest in property and in developing ongoing client and contractor relationships. Fiona brings wide knowledge and experience from her varied background of over 20 years working for some of Australia’s largest federal government agencies, as well as in the private sector including education.
Fiona joined the Nationwide team in October 2018 and has since project managed a variety of small to large projects for the western suburb portfolio. With a wealth of knowledge she is eager to continue to learn from her colleagues.
She has successfully managed large property upgrades involving concrete driveways, boundary fence installations, insurance claim matters as well as maintenance works with strong results.
Debra has worked in the Real Estate Industry for over 11 years and has a sound understanding of the regulations and compliancy laws and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. Customer care and satisfaction has always been a high priority for her.
She has a Bachelor of Science in Applied Chemistry and experience as a Chief Chemist in charge of a Quality Assurance Laboratory and production scheduling in the food industry. This meant dealing with and solving problems on a daily basis.
Debra joined Nationwide in April 2020 and with her friendly and approachable personality is developing sound relationships with her colleagues, clients and service providers. She enjoys helping all her clients with their concerns. Her optimistic, can do attitude and positive, enthusiastic outlook make her an important member of the team at Nationwide.
